Current Projects
AUC Student Housing
Orion Initiatives is currently developing a $2.9 million, 10-town-home student housing project serving the Atlanta University Center (AUC), the nation's largest HBCU consortium, home to Morehouse College, Spelman College, and Clark Atlanta University. The project is designed as purpose-built student housing, developed by students, for students, with a focus on quality, affordability, and long-term community impact.
The development consists of 10 new-construction townhomes, thoughtfully arranged across the site to align with zoning requirements and neighborhood context. The project is currently in the rezoning process and represents Orion's flagship student-housing initiative.
