Focused, strategic, and execution-driven, he sets Orion Initiatives’ vision and leads the work that brings it to life—sourcing opportunities, underwriting deals, and guiding projects from concept to execution. A sophomore at Morehouse College studying Economics and English, he brings four years of hands-on development experience and a disciplined, relationship-first approach to building outcomes that last.

Faheem Muhammad

Co-Founder & CFO

Analytical, steady, and execution-minded, he oversees Orion Initiatives’ financial strategy—underwriting, capital structuring, budgeting, and risk management—with a disciplined focus on downside protection. With hands-on construction experience and a sharp eye for cost control, he helps keep projects grounded in real-world feasibility. He also brings negotiation and client advisory strengths from his work as a Sales Consultant at ALM Kia South.
